Refund policy

The exchange or return is accepted and made under the following conditions:

The product must be returned for exchange in new condition and without signs of use, with the original labels or tags, within 10 days of receiving the order.

Before sending for return/exchange, please contact us by email yogaemcortica@gmail.com informing us of your decision. This way we can register the exchange/return and notify you upon receipt of your shipment, speeding up the situation as efficiently and quickly as possible.

The product must be sent in its original packaging, with all the components present there, to the following address:

In case of return, the refund will be made by the same method used for payment, within 10 working days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

yogaemcortica assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when the returned product is shipped. Shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
